The watch houses the manufacture movement caliber MT5602. It is a self-winding mechanical movement. The rotor system can be wound in both directions. The power reserve is an incredible 70 hours.

Sapphire crystal with special robustness

The dial is domed and is protected by a sapphire crystal, which is also domed. Along with diamonds, sapphire is considered one of the hardest materials and is thus as good as resistant to scratches. The winding crown of the Tudor Black Bay is made of stainless steel and contains the Tudor Rose in black lacquer. Last but not least, the Tudor Black Bay features a water resistance of up to 200 meters.

Tudor - second brand of Rolex

The birth of the prestigious Swiss watch brand Tudor can be traced back to 1926. At that time, the watch factory " Veuve de Philippe Hüther" registered the brand Tudor on behalf of Hans Wilsdorf.
